HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
As well as working with employers we also welcome self-referrals.
Therapy offers you a safe, confidential place to talk about your life and anything that may be distressing. It allows you to talk with someone who is trained to listen and to help you to improve how you are feeling and practise new ways of coping. There are a range of approaches to therapy, provided by qualified professionals including Counsellors, Psychologists and CBT Therapists. Contact us and we can arrange an appointment with a clinician that is right for you, in a timeframe to suit you.
