Our psychologists and counsellors have created an online workshop on mental health and emotional wellbeing, with an aim to increase awareness, acceptance and overall knowledge of mental health and emotional wellbeing inside and out of the workplace. Through this one-two hour course you’ll learn about stress, mental health and different ways of coping.
Our online workshops are part of our mission to share expertise so that individuals and organisations can improve wellbeing and build skills in managing mental health issues.
This course is for anyone who would like a better understanding of stress, mental health and emotional wellbeing. Although it’s available to everyone, we recommend this particular workshop for those who don’t have any formal mental health qualification.
